Cancer Study Presented at International Oncology Conference

Prostate Cancer Study Breakthrough

On October 7th 2011, I had the honor of speaking at the 16th World Congress on Advances in Oncology in Rhodes, Greece. There, I had the opportunity to introduce the principles of Integrative Oncology in such a prestigious, traditional setting, as well as discuss my work with MCP and polybotanicals in cancer. My colleague and fellow researcher Dr. Daniel Silva, presented a number of significant new research findings which further validate the effectiveness of several integrative anti-cancer supplements. The most recent data comes from a new animal study which confirms the significant effects of my integrative prostate formula against aggressive prostate cancer tumors.

Researchers at the Methodist Research Institute at Indiana University and the Indiana University School of Medicine conducted this study on mice, using a human prostate cancer xenograft model (outlined below). These latest results were presented to hundreds of researchers and medical doctors in Rhodes, Greece during this year’s influential international oncology conference.

The results of this in-vivo (live animal) study demonstrate the significant benefits of my integrative prostate formula in protecting against prostate cancer cell growth. Specifically, the formula was shown to suppress the development and proliferation of human hormone refractory (androgen independent) prostate cancer. In addition, the toxicology analysis proved that this formula is non-toxic and poses no risk of side effects.

This in-vivo study is significant because hormone refractory prostate cancer (androgen independent) is especially hard to treat. It’s the more aggressive, advanced form of prostate cancer that often leads to metastasis and progression of the cancer. It’s also an important study because it’s not the first time this formula has demonstrated such scientifically significant anti-cancer effects in pre-clinical trials.

Formulated with Natural Ingredients Proven to Support Prostate

The all-natural, doctor-designed formula combines botanical extracts, phytonutrients, botanically enhanced medicinal mushrooms and antioxidants. Ingredients were selected based on scientific research demonstrating their abilities to fight prostate abnormalities and provide broad spectrum prostate support.

Formula Inhibits Tumor Growth and Genes Related to Metastasis

Results of the study show that the oral administration of this formula produced a statistically significant suppression of tumor growth, compared to controls. The study was performed using a xenograft model of human prostate cancer in mice. A xenograft model is when tissue or organs from an individual of one species are transplanted or grafted onto an organism of another species, genus or family. So human prostate cancer cells (tissue) are grafted onto a laboratory animal, which in this case were mice.

In addition to a significant reduction in tumor volume, results of this study showed the formula also worked to inhibit a number of genes involved in cancer proliferation and metastasis. Two interesting genes that were suppressed relate to the metastatic potential and can point out to the ability of this preparation to not only inhibit the primary tumor growth, but also the metastatic process, an even more important benefit in the fight against aggressive prostate cancer.

Study Further Validates Previous In-Vitro Results

This formula has previously been studied in research laboratories at Columbia University, NY, NY and at the Cancer Research Laboratory, Methodist Research Institute, Indiana University Health, Indianapolis, IN. These pre-clinical studies used in-vitro methods (i.e. cell culture studies) and gene expression analysis to demonstrate this formula’s ability to inhibit prostate cancer growth and proliferation.

“In summary, this dietary supplement is a natural complex for the possible therapy of human hormone refractory (independent) prostate cancer,” says Dr. Sliva.  Ongoing research on this formula in prostate cancer models continues to show encouraging results, and additional studies are forthcoming. As promising research on this and other integrative health formulas continues to emerge from the scientific community, I will be updating readers with current information on the latest findings. Stay tuned.

Your Thoughts
What do you think about this article? Please share your thoughts and experiences in the comments section below. We love to hear your feedback!

  1. Much more effective than this Greece conference is The Cancer Control Society Annual Symposium Sept.2-4,’11! A magical single agent doesn’t work when a human’s complex nature is SPIRIT, EMOTIONS, MIND AND BODY ! The WHOLE body needs balancing!

    • I wouldn’t knock it unless you’ve tried it! I’ve experienced, seen and continue to see amazing results with these products! The BODY is the ONLY thing that can cure itself! It’s all in what you do to assist it!

  2. For Joel: what is your definition of ‘spirit’; where and how it can be reached to be cured, cured of what, with what kind of medicines or suplements?
I am atheist, so avoid any divine or religious hoax as an answer, please.

    • Well if you are an atheist….theres one thing I would do make dam sure there is no God because if you got cancer , your sure gonna find out soon and only a fool would say there is no God..

  3. What is the product your talking about

  4. I wish Dr. Elias well in his efforts to find a cure for prostate cancer.
I started on his MCP formula well over a year ago and had to stop
as my prostate cancer had progressed. Presently on Lupron Depot
prior to radiation therapy. I have attempted to eradicate my cancer
since Oct. of 2001. I suspect that intravenous ascorbate with other
supplements is the only way to eradicate this disease

  5. To Mr. Tony, I know that atheist believe in nothing “Divine” but because of that you don’t have to be sarcastic with Joel. One and only one thing I’ll tell you buddy, if you don’t believe in a supreme being that is God Almighty – wait until you die and face HIM!!! For us trying to understand this incredible divine mystery it’s like trying to put the whole ocean on a glass, can you? Of course you can’t not in a million years because you were created by the Supreme Being. So, it’s better not to make judgments about the ALMIGHTY ONE before understanding the spiritual.

  6. I am not surprise at all mother nature provides the cure, you read well the cure not just a band aid as many synthetical formulas that do more harm than good.

  7. “…only a fool would say there is no God..”

Ahha! I would be really glad if I could be fool as atheists like:
Julius Axelrod (1912–2004): American Nobel Prize winning biochemist, noted for his work on the release and reuptake of catecholamine neurotransmitters and major contributions to the understanding of the pineal gland and how it is regulated during the sleep-wake cycle.

  8. Hi there, You have performed an incredible job. I?ll definitely digg it and for my part recommend to my friends. I’m confident they will be benefited from this web site.

  9. You actually make it appear so easy together with your presentation but I in finding this topic to be actually something which I believe I’d by no means understand. It kind of feels too complex and very extensive for me. I’m taking a look forward on your next post, I will attempt to get the hang of it!
