Recommendations for Immune Health

 

For prevention of colds and the flu, I recommend medicinal mushrooms boosted with beta glucans, a good multi-nutrient that contains vitamin C and zinc, and a Tibetan herbal formula for inflammation reduction. Daily exercise, restful sleep, and eight glasses of fresh, clean water per day are also key.

For active risk protection during times when you are likely to exposed to colds and the flu (such as during travel), increase your dosages of all supplements you are taking for prevention.

Finally, for recovery from a cold or the flu, increase your dosages of all supplements, and also consider adding Echinacea and/or Goldenseal, along with increased supplemental vitamin C and zinc. As always, plenty of rest and fresh, clean water are advised.

This three-pronged strategy makes lasting health simple by employing solutions that will protect you through the winter and beyond.
