I'm a 69er who has just started having a problem slowing my pulse rate after exercising. I generally get it up to 120/130 beats per min, but then it usually drops rapidly down to 65/70 in about 3 minutes until last week when even after 5 to 10 minutes it's still 115/120. Any suggestions as to what's going on?

Your recovery time is now longer. It is important to have your heart checked on a regular basis. You may also need to modify your exercise regimen, allowing for a longer recovery time of less strenuous exercises, such as slow walking.

Make sure to take supplements that support cardiac health.
