I personally think that the swine flu vaccine is very dangerous! I would never give this to my child, or myself. There are many other ways of working on the immune system, and I use medicinal mushrooms, eat well, get lots of rest, and haven't gotten a vaccine since I worked in home health care industry. While I didn't get the flu that year, I am a very healthy person in general and like I said I believe in taking proactive preventive precautions.

I complete agree! This vaccine was produced in such a short time - how could they have had any time to make sure it was safe at all?? There is absolutely no reason to get it when you can boost your immune system with supplements. I am never, ever sick and I only take a few supplements and they really work!!

Hi, jumping in here, what kind of medicinal mushrooms do you take? I am interested in improving my immune system and have read a lot about the power of mushrooms in the last few years. I have issues with chronic fatigue...

For everyday I use Organic Ten Mushroom Formula and for special situations, such as traveling or if I feel a cold coming on, I use Mycophyto Complex. For anyone that has a compromised immune system, the Mycophyto would be the one for them to use. I've used both of these products for years and have been healthy ever since!!

Wow, I am interested in this too. When it comes down to it I just don't trust the pharmaceutical companies or vaccines. They said they had more than enough supply for everyone, which appeared to be a lie later on - probably one to appease the stockholders. I'm not ignorant of the possibility of another flu pandemic, but there seemed to be a lot at stake here for the Big Pharma.

Putting a live, genetically engineered version of a virus in my body PERMANENTLY, enhanced with mercury and other heavy metals and toxins? NO WAY!!!! The issue of vaccines isn't a controversy, it's a CONSPIRACY! Oh yeah, and all the unfortunate people I know who have chosen to get vaccines over the last few years, for travel, or flu, are now sick with both constant acute and chronic health problems. I have also heard cases of acute mental health issues of depression, anxiety, etc. following vaccine treatment. Don't get me started on this issue! What about the first case of death with the H1N1 vaccine?

I agree, using medicinal mushrooms to boost your immune system is a proven, natural way to stay healthy, along with other healthy lifestyle choices and herbal immune boosters. Let's not let the pharmaceutical industry destroy our health with lies and fear-mongering!!!!

Mushrooms are definitely a great way to support your immune system! I think it's also important to remember basic things like healthy eating habits, getting enough sleep, washing your hands and minimizing unhealthy stress.
